Navitas Compliance Solutions successfully launched its nationalisation Product, ‘Navitas Bridging the Gaps™’ on the 2nd of May 2016. This product is designed to assist with the management of skills and Learning Development of National Staff in emerging energy oil and gas regions in Africa and the Middle East.
‘Navitas Bridging the Gaps® is a highly successful 3 phase system developed to effectively manage the process of identifying and advancing the skill sets of National Field Staff enabling their successful transition into the roles of the Operational Organization. It is a Major Step towards supporting Nationalisation in defined roles and creating intellectual capital.
‘Navitas Bridging The Gaps®’ is divided into three distinct phases, Planning & Preparation, Development Potential Assessments and Core Technical Skills Training. This programme is a major step towards developing and instilling key areas in workplace competence and enhanced efficiency whilst meeting National Government requirements for training and development.
The Navitas Compliance Solutions Team works with Stakeholders to ensure that the programme addresses the cultural and technical aspects of building a professional and conscious compliance driven culture. Utilising effective communication processes our objective is to impart skills that enable, empower and encourage employees to participate, control and improve efficiency, quality and safety in their operational environments and through this the promotion of safe behaviors to reduce incidents and unplanned events.
